AudienzRoom
Cookie Policy
Last updated 21 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how AudienzRoom ("AudienzRoom") uses cookies and similar technologies on AudienzRoom.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use comparable browser storage (such as local storage) for similar purposes.
2. Cookies we use today
AudienzRoom's current MVP uses essential cookies and storage only — the minimum needed to keep you signed in, protect accounts, remember theme preferences where applicable, and operate core features.
Examples include:
- Authentication/session: keeps you logged in and secures access to Studio, fan accounts, and admin tools;
- Security: helps prevent abuse and maintain session integrity;
- Product preferences: such as theme or install prompts where stored locally.
We do not currently set marketing, advertising, or third-party analytics cookies on the public site.
3. Why we do not show a cookie banner (for now)
Under EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Because we only use essential cookies in the MVP, we do not display a cookie consent banner at this time.
If we add analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies later, we will update this policy and implement an appropriate consent mechanism before those cookies are placed.
4. Third-party content
Embedded media or links may take you to third-party sites with their own cookie practices. Email links and campaign pages hosted on AudienzRoom remain subject to this policy for our own cookies.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of AudienzRoom.
