Respecting creative rights
Artists may upload only content they own or are authorized to publish. AudienzRoom may remove or restrict material when it receives a valid infringement report.
Submitting a notice
Send notices to hello@audienzroom.com. Include your contact details, the copyrighted work, the exact AudienzRoom URL, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with the removed URL, your identification and contact details, the required good-faith statements, consent to the appropriate jurisdiction, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
AudienzRoom may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly publish infringing material in appropriate circumstances.
Designated agent
Before relying on any statutory safe-harbor process, AudienzRoom must publish and register complete designated-agent information and obtain legal review.
