1. Who we are

AudienzRoom is operated by AudienzRoom ("AudienzRoom Operator"). Our registered address is 6 Chief Adejinmi Adu St, Alimosho, Lagos 100212, Lagos, Nigeria. For support, contact hello@audienzroom.com.

2. Accounts and roles

AudienzRoom supports artist accounts and fan accounts. Artists use Studio to publish posts, run events, manage audiences, and send campaign emails. Fans join artist rooms, RSVP to events, receive updates, and interact with content according to each artist's settings.

You must provide accurate registration information — including your name, email, and, for fans, a valid phone number; for artists, a stage name that becomes your public page URL and must be unique — keep credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not choose a stage name that infringes others' rights or impersonates another person or brand.

3. Artist content and fan relationships

Artists retain ownership of content they upload or publish, subject to the license below. Artists are responsible for the content they share, the audiences they message, and compliance with applicable marketing and data protection laws for their fan lists.

When fans join an artist room, RSVP to an artist event, or claim an artist invite, room email updates and artist campaign emails are on by default for that artist. The artist controls how that relationship is used inside AudienzRoom. AudienzRoom provides the platform; artists decide what to publish and whom to message, within our acceptable use rules.

4. License you grant us

You grant AudienzRoom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service — for example to show posts in artist rooms, deliver campaign emails, generate previews, and back up data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• violate laws, third-party rights, or platform policies;
• send spam, deceptive campaigns, or messages without appropriate consent;
• upload malware, abusive content, or material you do not have rights to use;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
• impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with an artist or brand.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.

6. Email campaigns and marketing

Artists may send email campaigns to fans who have joined their room, RSVPed to their events, claimed their invite, or were imported from a list the artist confirms already has permission for campaign email. Campaign emails include unsubscribe mechanisms. Fans can turn campaign emails off globally or for a specific artist. AudienzRoom may include platform and compliance footer details required by law.

You must not use AudienzRoom to send unlawful marketing or to message people who have withdrawn consent or unsubscribed.

7. Events and RSVPs

Artists may publish events and collect RSVPs. RSVP data is used to operate the event experience and, where permitted, to send related updates. Event details and follow-up communications remain the artist's responsibility.

8. Paid features and availability

Some features may be offered free during early access. We may introduce paid plans later. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Third-party services

AudienzRoom relies on providers such as email delivery (Resend), cloud hosting, object storage (Cloudflare R2), and optional push notification services. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and operational limits.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. AudienzRoom is not liable for artist content, campaign performance, event outcomes, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using AudienzRoom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Sections that should survive termination (including content licenses granted for operational records, liability limits, and governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and privacy

These Terms are intended for users in the EU/EEA and UK unless we state otherwise. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Privacy requests: privacy@audienzroom.com.
